carg, cargf, cargl - complex argument functions
SYNOPSIS

DESCRIPTION
These functions compute the argument (also called phase angle) of
z,
with a branch cut along the negative real axis.
RETURN VALUES
These functions return the value of the argument in the interval [
-pi, +pi ].
